SDWP Establishes Strategic Cooperation with Shaanxi Water Affair Group Co., Ltd.

On January 11th 2017, Shandong Water Conservancy Construction Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shaanxi Water Affair Group Co., Ltd.
Shaanxi Water Affair Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned company established with the approval by the government of Shaanxi Province. It is the investment subject of the water conservancy industry and the performance subject of state-owned assets of water conservancy of Shaanxi Province, which mainly undertakes the operation and management of state-owned assets on water conservancy; deal withs the financing, construction, management and operation tasks of large and medium water conservancy projects; works on hydropower,water source projecturban flood control, urban water supply, channel improvement, conservation of water and soil and the comprehensive development and operating management of relevant land resources.
Following the signing of strategic cooperation agreement, the two parties will proceed to extensive all-round cooperation by making full use of the construction competence of the Water Conservancy Construction Group and the projects invested by Shaanxi Water Affair Group Co., Ltd. The two giants will form alliance in urban water supply projects, water source construction, hydropower development, river bank transformation and upgrading, comprehensive treatment of Danjiang River basin, sewage treatment, agricultural ecological industrial park and the like of Shaanxi Province, in order to lay a solid foundation for the further business development of the Water Conservancy Construction Group in Shaanxi Province.
